Sweet ‘n Tangy Beef Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb tip steak, cut to 1 inch cubes
- ½ C Storandt Farms Rhubarb Strawberry Jam
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 1 med onion, chopped into 2 inch chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped into 2 inch chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped into 2 inch chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped into 2 inch chunks
Directions:
Combine jam, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, pepper flakes, and ginger. Whisk well. Skewer the onion, meat, and peppers in an alternating order. Brush skewers with the jam mixture and grill or broil turning until cooked through and charred slightly on all sides. Baste as needed.
