Blackberry Glazed Steak
Ingredients:
- 4 tender beef steaks, your choice 8 oz each
- 1 c blackberry jam (try Storandt Farms blackberry jam)
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ C beef broth
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:
- Combine ingredients and simmer approximately 5 minutes. Divide.
- Grill steaks until almost done, brush half of sauce over steaks and turn to carmelize.
- Serve with remaining sauce for dipping or drizzled overtop.
