Slow Cooker Tips in Rosemary Gravy
Ingredients:
2 pounds beef tips, or for budget I use stew meat…. In the slow cooker they are still very tender…..
3 Tbsp worcestershire
1 Tbsp flour
2 tsp Rosemary
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp black pepper
Bacon, optional
( quick tip, put a few paper towels on a plate and layer a single layer of bacon, about 6 pieces, cover with another paper towel and microwave for 3.5 minutes. Viola. Bacon.)
Mix the dry spices and coat beef in it… Pour Worcestershire in and add a few Tbsp water if necessary to cover bottom of pot. Cook on lie 8-10 hours. I was going to serve over either egg noodles or potatoes, but they’ve been eating it out of the crock so fast I don’t think it will make the table…. Took a quick pick solo….lol
