Simple Weekly Meal Plan
To keep things easy follow a format.
I use a weekly rotation to keep variety in the menu, but keep planning relatively basic. It looks like this for me:
WEEK 1
Monday Pork
Tuesday Beef
Wednesday Chicken
Thursday Pasta
Friday Fish
Saturday Pork
Sunday Chicken
WEEK 2
Monday – beef
Tuesday – Chicken
Wednesday Pork
Thursday – Pasta
Friday – Fish
Saturday – Beef
Sunday Chicken
This way I always have schedule, but there is still variety. I shop on Thursdays, as generally stores offer additional savings mid week. I also can plan any weekend activities into the menu plan.
