Rice and Ground Beef Skillet
Rice and ground beef one pot meal.
1.5 c ea rice and water
2 4 ounce burgers crumbled
1.5 c frozen veggies
Simmer rice water and burger for 20 minutes. Add veggies and simmer an additional 5. Use and flavor package rice mix if you prefer.
Use fresh broccoli or chopped asparagus for a twist.
