Recipe of the Week – Kalua Pork
This recipe is a huge fan favorite at any party I throw, especially for football!!! Super easy and delicious! This is definitely on the menu plan for this upcoming week!!
Ingredients:
1-2 pork butt roast about 5 pounds total
1 Tablespoon Liquid Smoke
Sea Salt
Pierce the roasts all over with a large fork. Rub with salt and then with the liquid smoke. Cook on low overnight, turn, and cook on low an additional 6-10 hours. Shred with fork before serving and return to liquid.
