Recipe of the Week – Broiled Fish
Ingredients:
2.5 to 3 pounds thawed or fresh fish (any)
1 Tbsp oil
1 TBSP Paprika
1 tsp minced garlic
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Dried Parsley for garnish
Rinse and pat dry fish filets with paper towel.
Cut the filets into 4 inch sections for uniform cooking.
Line a cookie tray with aluminum foil, place the fish evenly across the sheet.
Combine oil, and seasonings and brush over filets.
Broil turning once for 5-6 minutes per side.
