4 russet potatoes, cooked peeled and cubed
¼ C cooked bacon, crumbled
1 C chicken broth
1 C milk
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp flour
Cook bacon in saucepot, add milk, broth, and potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Whisk in flour and cook to desired thickness. Add in any extra carrots, peas, or corn you may have leftover for a pop of color.
