Grilling Side Dishes
Grilling sides is super easy with foil, or for larger portions, an aluminum pan.
Since I can pick what I want this time of year, I like to toss in a little of everything. This dish in the photo has: a leftover baked potato sliced up at the bottom, fresh green beans, fresh sliced green onions, and for a little something different, I threw in some fresh sliced beets. Sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste, a little garlic salt, and about 2 1/2 TBSP of butter sliced thin. Cover with foil. I put the vegetables on the side of the grill before I put on the meat on so they cook slowly and not over direct heat. When the burgers are done, your veggies are perfectly steam cooked.
