Breakfast Pouches
Total time approx. 20 minutes.
1 pkg crescent rolls
4 eggs
1 large handful spinach
1/4 cup shredded cheese
Sausage or bacon – optional
Preheat oven to 375 while making filling.
On a nonstick pan spread the rolls flat.
In a medium skillet brown the meat if
adding it.
Once meat is cooked, toss on spinach and stir just to mix in.
Add eggs and cheese.
Cook until firm enough to spoon onto rolls. Spoon and fold rolls together, press slightly at top to seal dough.
Bake for 7 minutes until roll is browned slightly.
Cool for a minute or so, grab and go!
