Recipe of the Week – Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients:
1 pound sirloin tip steak, cut into thin strips
2 TBSP Butter
8 ounces mushrooms
1 15 ounce can beef broth
1 15 ounce container sour cream
1/4 cup flour
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 cups cooked egg noodles
In a skillet melt butter and brown beef and mushrooms. Combine flour and seasonings, broth, Worcestershire and sour cream and add to beef in skillet. Heat through and serve over prepared noodles.
