Recipe of the Week – Polynesian Pork
Ingredients:
2-2.5 pound Pork Loin Roast
1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
1 15 ounce can chunk pineapple do not drain!
4 ounces fresh or canned mushrooms
2 TBSP Soy sauce
1 TBSP Honey
1 tsp dried garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Combine salt pepper and garlic and rub over loin. Place loin in slow cooker. Combine Soup, about half the pineapple juice from can, mushrooms, soy and honey and pour over loin. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or HIGH For 5-6. Add pineapple chunks when you serve.
