Recipe of the Week – Italian Chicken with Bowtie Pasta
Ingredients:
6 boneless chicken breast (5-6 ounce ea)
1/2 cup Italian Dressing, divided
1 medium tomato, diced
1/4 Cup diced red onion (about 1/3 lg onion)
4 Cup Bowtie Pasta (double if making Italian Chicken Pasta Salad as tomorrow lunch option)
Parsley for garnish
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange chicken in baking dish. Pour 1/4 cup Italian Dressing over chicken. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove foil, baste with dressing from pan. Start Pasta and return chicken to oven uncovered for duration of pasta boiling. Dice tomato and onion and spread over chicken with additional dressing to serve.
