Ravioli with Blueberry Sauce
You’ll Need:
- 1 pkg prepared ricotta ravioli (12-16 pieces)
- ½ C Storandt Farms Blueberry Jam
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 diced tomato
- Parmesan for garnish
Instructions:
Boil ravioli per package directions. In the meantime, in a saucepan or skillet, heat the remaining ingredients except for Parmesan. Simmer the sauce until the ravioli is cooked through. Drain the ravioli, add to the sauce, and toss to coat.
