Apple lovers rejoice!
This easy – to – make fresh fruit salsa is amazing on its own served with chips for movie night or an afterschool snack. Make ahead and chill in the fridge up to a week. Warm it up a bit and serve it with pork chops and green beans for a new family favorite!
1 C. Storandt Farms apple butter
1 large apple, cored and diced (Granny smith works best)
1 small red onion, chopped
2 jalapenos, diced (remove seeds for less heat)
1 Tbsp lime juice
½ tsp ground ginger
¼ C fresh cilantro, chopped
Combine all ingredients and allow to sit for 30 minutes (covered) before serving for flavors to meld.
